That 11 pct dilution makes me queasy

It isn't 11% dilution. Some previous quarters have included dilutive shares while others excluded because EPS was negative. A real barometer is looking at Q4'21 vs. Q4'23. Q4'21 diluted shares outstanding was 345,877,000 while Q4'23 was 352,907,000. That's 2% possible dilution over two years.
