Thanks for the update, keep up the good work.< Learned a lot from my market journey, especially the importance of living within one's means. With Flora Elkin’s guidance, my nest egg has grown to a 7-figure sum. My advice - get an analyst for better financial trade decisions and peace of mind

Diluted Shares outstanding increased markedly not because of some new stock compensation plan but because company turned GAAP Net income profitable, which means that future shares from convertible notes get counted ion the Diluted shares count. This accounting rule is made so that the company doesn't understate earnings per share (by diluting with covertibles) when the company is making a loss or vice versa.

That is ENORMOUSLY helpful @inspiringstocks. Thank you!

Could you provide an example on how this works when a company is not GAAP profitable vs it's GAAP profitable? Thanks!

@@user-bc4tg4re9c Hey, for example a company has 20 million shares outstanding and has a convertible debt that could be converted into, say, 3 extra million shares. When the company's GAAP Net income is positive, they will report diluted shares outstanding to be 23 million. But when it is Net GAAP Net income is negative, they will report the diluted shares count to be only 20 million, not counting shares that 3 m shares that might not convert in the future.

I tell what I think. Please let me know when it hits $80, please. That sounds at about a good entry point from now on. Thanks a lot.

long time watcher, first time commenter: so many small(er) cap "growth" stocks in this channel. there are RARELY companies featured that are not between stages 2 and 5 inclusive. if you're willing to do a deep dive on what qualifies a company for stage(s) 1 or 6 based on your metrics, i think it'd be a fascinating study. my two cents.

Financials and cross selling look good but the most concerning metric is the new customer adds growth dropped to single digits. Wonder what are the causes? Tightening IT spend or increasing competition or reduced sales and marketing spend by the company? Also wonder why Wall Street think its sales will accelerate in coming years?

Can't speak to the financials, but personally I've found it's a PITA to use and more limited functionality when compared to OSS like Prometheus, while also costing more. Cloud providers are even offering OSS-based solutions in addition to their proprietary solutions, which helps for hybrid or multi-cloud. That said, clearly companies do use their services so I might be missing something.

The challenge with your tools, is that it is good for sophisticated analyst like you. For someone like me, I am looking for a more basic tool that tells me the fair price/intrinsic price of the stock (based on DCF or DFCF or DNI or your reverse DCF) and where are the entry and exit points, at a glance.

Well, it's already the basic of the basic, I would say. It won't get easier than that unless you consider ETFs.

Still priced too rich for that slow rev. growth Also there are great open source solutions popping up. Datadog's pricing model is cursed as its based on usage and they won't reduce it in order to compete with other offerings that are cheaper and just as good

@@prat-man SigNoz? There's also a bunch of others non-open source that offered other services also offering the same kind of software Datadog does

Open source isn’t free. You end up spending hours and hours fixing weird bugs. And no one cares.
