Oh wow, another amazing recipe! I adore, I mean ADORE dates! I eat them straight from the package all the time! I can't wait to taste this. Any idea what the calorie count would be for a 2 inch by 2 inch piece, also, do these need to stay in the fridge to keep their shape?

I love this! I eat a couple of dates and a handful of walnuts and almonds for breakfast while I'm waiting for my tea to steep. I can't wait to put everything together and make these bars! Fantastic! Thank you for this! :)

When I make these I wrap them individually in foil and put them in a sealable bag. I keep them in the fridge for up to 3 weeks without any issues. Thanks!

The Frugal Chef I have made them and nipped at it on the way to the refrigerator. They are delicious but because apricots are not that sweet as dates I added some stevia, otherwise as stated in your recioe. I will have to freeze some if I can not get some to my friends because they are delicious!
