@Crafting_Through_Life3 жыл бұрын
I don't know what part of the south you come from but where I come from all of our kids use their manners or we all give permission to other adults to correct them. I will pop my kids in the mouth for not using their manners, special needs or not, 10yo and 16yo or older, I don't care, if you can speak, you best use your manners.

@dross24MA3 жыл бұрын
Some of us "up north" were raised with, still use, and have taught our own those same good manners! As for popping someone in the mouth for any reason, KR, that was considered bad manners, regardless if it was a parent, a teacher or another. Now, washing the mouth out with (liquid)soap for foul language or back-talk, well, that's another situation totally!

I have said this before and will proudly say it again, we are so blessed with the law enforcement and other responders in this area. We have developed a mutual respect and desire to create an efficient and courteous team. I cannot brag on these guys enough. God bless.
@captgary2787 жыл бұрын
It sure helps to have mutual respect. Many years ago we had one police Sergent who had a bitter disdain for firefighters and even nearly lost his job because he pulled over a responding fire captain while on the way to an emergency! Ironically one night he was parked on the firehouse apron when a speeding car came around the corner and hit him broadside nearly killing him. We extricated him from the wreckage and transported. After his recovery he played a different tune and we all got along fine. You are blessed in your town and it is obvious everyone respects you and your great team. You may have heard about the numbskull CHP officer who handcuffed the driver of a firetruck for not moving his truck which was protecting an accident scene on the freeway in CA. It was a pissing contest between the cop and fire command officer!

Many years ago, on a very hot summer Saturday, I got us stranded a couple of miles off the highway in the Land Between the Lakes area of Western Kentucky. I walked out, flagged down a car and caught a ride to a pay phone ( VERY LONG TIME AGO).When the wrecker got there (VERY PROMPTLY), the driver and his wife were dressed to go out. He gave me a ride back to the car, pulled us out, followed us back to town to make sure that we made it and did not charge anywhere near what he should have. I've always remembered that man's kindness and generosity.

As small of a gesture as it may seem, I like how you moved his stuff up front to help it avoid getting wet. Most tow drivers would just drop the vehicle and be done with it. It's nice to see that someone has a little bit of consideration for someone else's property.

Thank you for noticing those things. We try to treat everything as if it was our own. God bless.

They had way too much junk and trash in the car you hauled Ron. That right there would cause an accident. Some people are just ignorant about how they treat the inside of the vehicle.

it's possible they were on their way home from work or the store, etc.. you look in my truck it looks clean, but if you flip it and give it a shake, things will move and come out of their spots.

Noticed the same thing. How the ride didn't hurt them Im still surprised. Even more due to the trash.

At 30:47 you will notice the pack of mini-cigars on the floorboard. They was probably rolling smokes of wackyweed

That's what I like about you Americans, really patriotic, helpful and friendly. Heaps of angry people where I live.

Trust me, we have our share as well and it seems to be getting worse these days. Our crew is definitely patriotic and believes in respect. These guys we were with are awesome as well. Fun group, but always have your back when things get serious. God bless.

How the heck did it flip with all the down force from that big ol spoiler on the trunk lid. Lol
@Shit_I_Missed.7 жыл бұрын
it's pretty easy to flip a car if it's moving and the ground beneath doesn't like it. Look up slow speed car flip. it looks like the two cars collided, and spun around and the rear wheel of the black one dug into the mud and rolled over

Perhaps the spoiler was mounted upside down. :-p

The spoiler does not help much until your way over 100 mph

Had a low center of gravity with all the trash in the car.

Spoilers are directional so when the car spins around down-force becomes up-force......watch NASCAR sometime 😂😂😂 in racing it then takes a whole nother series of flaps and gadgets to keep the car planted on the ground (which don't always work)
