That maybe a bit too much. 100gm walnuts mentioned in the recipe is a generous amount. However you could give it a try dear.

Never weighed it since I don't bake on commercial level. But I guess this cake in the video would be between 500gm to 600 gm. It is an estimate. When I make next, I will put it down here. Thanks.

Butter is salted or unsalted

If using unsalted butter add a small pinch of salt to the flour. If using salted butter , then no need to add salt.
