Just got back from four weeks in Chiang Mai. Spent 18 fun days with a bar girl I picked up on 9/9 to celebrate my 74th birthday. The father of a mate of mine, now passed, used to go to Thailand every so often. He was in his eighties at the time when he go emotionally involved with a bar girl and he was so lovestruck they he couldn't see reality for what it was. He paid and paid while he was there and when he got home the bar girl constantly cried poor and begged for money. My mate only realised what was going on when he went over one day to borrow some tools only to find they were missing, then he noticed a lot of things were missing. He asked his dad where everything had gone and it all came out that he'd been selling whatever he could to help the bar girl financially. I never really got into details but apparently it took a long time and a lot of effort to convince him that she was only after his money. You're doing a service putting this video up. Very unfortunately, it's not only the bar girls who treat us as their walking ATM (at least they try). I've met a Thai girl who worked at the Suvarnabhumi Airport as a security officer (6 years). She wasn't associated with the walking street whatsoever, and yet, she also told me about the dowry BS and supporting her family etc. We've been together for 5 years. She wanted ´us´ (me) to buy a house near the village she originally came from. Then I found out, that farangs can't buy property in Thailand. It would have to be in her name. Good for me, I am who I am, and don't easily fall for a trick. I told her that I won't pay the dowry as where I'm from, a man only pays an escort for her service, and I told her that since I can't buy a house in my name, I won't buy it at all. The relationship wasn't quite over yet, but it became clear to me, we're heading in that direction. Remember guys, it's your cash in your wallet, and it takes two to tango. She can only fool you if you allow it.

Spot on, Dr.Mark. I had an interesting encounter with a bar girl last month in Bangkok. As soon as she started paying me special attention I asked if she did this to all the guys. She answered yes and that it was her job to talk to the customers, get them to buy her drinks and get a tip for it all. I thought that was so refreshing I ended up buying her three shots. Yes, they will kiss you to some degree, put your hand on their hips, and even put your hands in other places. But as soon as they feel they've reached the end of the money train, they move on. My girl soon slipped away and was working over the next guy. I walked over, apologized for interrupting, thanked her for her time (it's a floor show, guys!) and slyly slipped far too much money into her hand. I felt good about the encounter until the next morning when I realized I was probably pegged as a guy who would likely pay more for the truth, and so perhaps I was played after all. Actually I think Bob got off easy compared to some farangs. You have farangs that bought cars, and houses only to be shown the door the day the contractor finishes the home. The problem with guys like Bob is they will be chumps for girls no matter where they live. It’s called setting boundaries and sticking to them. Many North American and European girls will do the same thing but on more of a long-term plan. Also some Latin American girls are similar to Thai Bar girls in that they’re on an express path to fleece you of your money. I know nothing of Thai soapy massage girls, so I’ll be very interested in your next video. Also no insult to Bob by calling him a chump. He is just trying to make the best of a bad situation and the only true way to fix it is to release her at the temple with the frogs and never look back. I am not immune to these mistakes. There's lots of nice civilian girls. If you're lonely, be honest with yourself, and stay in regular areas to be around normal people. It seriously took me 15 + minutes into the video to realize this wasn't a troll/disingenuous video. Everyone involved is so naïve there aren't even words. I met a Thai girl in a massage parlor who wanted to see me outside. HOWEVER, she didn't realize she was dealing with an authentic F-boy, i gently took the money out, put it beside her purse, lit up a cigarette (in my room) sat in front of the window, and looked like my house got burned down, she asked me what happened, i said i thought we had something special, but now i realize it was just a business deal for her. I know some of you will think i am just as bad as these bar girls, well i believe all is fair in love and war, be the broke or the breaker, be the giver or the taker (you are free to judge me all you like). Side Note - THis only worked for me because the girl genuinely was attracted to me. I am in my early 30s and best shape of my life, plus i have tons of female experience (been an F-boy since my early 20s). If she didn't give a shit, she would've just taken the money and left. You are right, my experiences are similar to yours. They have to genuinely like you or those tactics will fail miserably. They prefer to be with men they find attractive AND pay for their time and services, but if they have any interest in you it's sometimes possible to turn the table.
