@@wahoo4uva that actually makes a lot of sense i have that tendency too when around women and what i chop it up to is that i’m trying to keep my anxiety in control and to counteract it i speak in a much lower and calmer tone and/or i do that bc i’m aware of the female desire to feel safe so using a more relaxed and laid back tone will allow her to relax and lay back herself but i personally do it subconsciously and it very well may be the same for jack

Hi Shania! It's about the mindset about eye contact. Yes, if you just stare at a person's face while talking, it'll be awkward. The point of eye contact is acknowledgement and respect towards the person. When you can shift the perspective on why you are doing it, it makes it easier.

Yes. Eye contact is base level social skills flirting with the eyes is expressing attraction through the eyes. But you don’t need to consciously do it. If you’re attracted and you’re not holding back, it’ll show.
