I think their meeting was definitely staged, obviously. But you missed some things out of context because you do not watch his content and you don’t know much about Korea. She is also a content creator and is quite familiar with how streaming works. He is well-known as a teenage influencer and Ronaldo fan in Korea. That’s why she looked confused, wasn’t he a teenager? The Messi vs. Ronaldo debate is kind of an inside joke, so she was actually joking and took it back. She couldn’t hear 'Mbappe' correctly because, for Koreans, the 'M' in Mbappe is pronounced very strongly. As you can see in the video, she asked couple of times Mbappe, after she recognized, she pronounced the 'M' quite strongly. Also, the soccer vs. football thing-Koreans learn in school that Americans call it 'soccer,' which is why she got confused, thinking, Americans are supposed to call it soccer. Etc. It's quite entertaining to see how her expressions can be misinterpreted by cultural backgrounds. I do not care it is staged or not, as long as it is entertaining.

Totally agree that the first part of the stream is staged. But at the concert, there seemed to be some genuine interest developing imo. Then when he takes her shopping in the next one, she seems genuinely touched. Also, when they're at Nando’s, on the amusement park ride and when she gives him the bracelet and phone case in the FA cup stream, there seems to be some actual connection there. Obviously Speed is over the top for entertainment (like the silly crying bit when she left) and there are rumors of him having a girlfriend bts, but I think there's some actual attraction.

Speeds live stream interactions are never scripted. The scripted part is him meeting up with them as if he doesnt know them. But his manager or him already dm'd them to be on the stream. However the interactions are 100% improvised and natural. He has done this many times but he always forgets the girl next stream cause he doesnt feel her. But this one it seems he actually liked her

You can tell watching in the first 20 minutes that its scripted cause his korean translator in the beginning is guiding speed to amy cause hes texting and calling her to the setup and speed mutes his mic and turns the camera away when speaking to him about it, and the translator and amy also follow each other on Instagram and liked each others posts from months ago. It could be as simple as speed wanting to go on a date on his last day in korea and his translator setting it up. I do think their interactions after a week later when they do the other 3 streams in london could be a genuine connection and they could have honestly catch feelings for each other. When speed went live today he talked about her being his actual girlfriend now and planning on doing more streams with her in the summer. I dont know what to really believe but i do love their on screen connection so ill keep watching.

Totally agree man, the way speed acted on his first date is totally different when he was with her on 2nd date and last day in London. I think you also have to realize this is how Speed has been living for the last 3+ years and built his fame/living with. He spent his formative years (and still is) streaming so he is used to just speaking with chat, and yes he may initially view things as more so entertainment/pawns for his "show" but at the end of the day he is a person too and it's not an actual show where he has control over everything... its still real life. So even if he viewed this interaction as initially just a fun "date" entertainment stream type video; where he finds an attractive girl, does a stream with her and does funny stuff on stream and never talk again... he may end up actually catching real feelings because although he may have done it for the stream he is still a person and this is still real life. There is also his onstream persona and off stream persona. something we may never really get a good look at

I think at the start when they met, they didnt really have any initial attraction and interest with eachover but Ive seen all the streams live of them together and you can notice how they both interact with eachover more realistically and cute. In the FA cup final stream the stream lags out and when it comes back on you can see amy physically touching speed romantically without even knowing the stream is back up so I do think it eventually became real. She also stopped touching speed when she realised the stream was back up showing shes a private person when it comes to showing her true feelings.

i'll tell u something, ppl on korean forums know more than we do. apparently amy is working (or just affiliated with them) for rapper Jay Parks label. speed probably got in contact with jay park and jay park gave him a girl for the stream. +koala (new video music) is also present in those circles. . like why do you think he came to the festival and immediately got to perform with jay park. it was discussed between them before the stream and then everything after the 1st stream wasn’t scripted. but if it was then partially. Yup, you got it. However, there are some moments you've missed that are interesting and show more of Speed's actual character. And actually, most of these moments can be seen in the "reunion", "Amusement park", and "goodbye" videos. I do think a part of him actually cares about her and the connection they have, but on the other hand, I don't think she feels the same way as him. I'm interested to see how you see their interactions in the later streams and if you think she actually likes him.

A lot of people (including myself) love watching them together. Thats why they are showing us more. People love them together. I dont really care if its staged. Speed might look like some stupid kid when he’s streaming, but clearly knows what he is doing. He has 25 m followers and probably smarter than lots of people out there.
