I just started learning a bit about the Ugandan culture and I've heard a Jamaican living there speaks highly of the people. But, I'm in Asia and I met a Ugandan man and his communication was confusing. However, he is very intelligent and that made me started to like him. I just decided to let him be because the communication energy was just off. He was too moody. And, I asked him directly and then it was not what I thought. I am not willing to have that enery in my space so I blocked him. I like this African country. 🤝
