We shouldnt have to hide our CF, but I understand you. When I do my treatments with friends around I just do my inhaler and barely dare to cough or do it properly. The whole mucus-thing isn't very fresh... But!! The times that I have been more open people are often okay about it and tells me that it is important and nothing that I should be ashamed of. That feels so good to hear.
