Built On Purpose I'm willing to share all of them. The build is in process on my channel but the basics are 83 280zx NA 5 speed Flat top positions N47 head Slalom Nissan motor sports cam with .489/484 at ~250 @.050 (video in a day or two with this) Microsquirt ecu 60mm throttle body Crane xr3000 (now fast) or MSD spark So far my only issues have been my lack of experience or my lack of tools.

I have the LS ignition coil bracket that you alluded to from Godzilla. It's a pretty solid piece and the gentleman who runs the business was a pleasure to deal with. Shipping was pretty reasonable here in the states too, though I imagine you had to wait a while all the way down on your end of the globe. Cheers and keep up the great vids

Ian Summers thats good to know about the Godzilla unit. Ultimately I would like to show the differences (if any) of distributor based versus coil over plug ignition, however that might some time in the future. Thanks for the comment!

What size camshaft RU running and the new exhaust will change the power curve more timing "off cam" for drive ability

robwhite240z the current camshaft has the following spec: IN 292 total 0.485” lift 214@0.05” EX 298 total 0.495” lift 216@0.05” Do you have any recommendations?

@@kyushaspeed Sounds like a 74 works cam . One size to big for SU's . Easy fixed , run both intake and exhaust valves @ 12 thou hot and advance the cam by having the intake valve 10 thou more open on overlap at TDC ,will give you more manifold vacuum ( driveability )

robwhite240z excellent advice! Many thanks! I run the standard cam sprocket but wish I fitted a fully adjustable one so I can make those simple tweaks like your recommending.
