I will admit, Rob has a bit of a point that farming for spirit bloom and planetary materials in D1 was (at least for me) "fun" in a way. I just threw on some vids on youtube and listened to that while my hands just autopiloted the most effective wrought. Though that may also have just been Stockholm syndrome for me. I'm happy it's gone, but I do remember some relaxing times doing it.

Just shows that the big thing holding a lot of people back from really doing GMs was the crazy power level requirements to do them. With them lowered down to a reasonable level, it's very doable for a lot more people. Though a lot of people do need to learn that GMs aren't the same as normal nightfalls and that you can't rush in on them and be reckless.

what i loved about the old D1 farms. the spirte bloom and such farms. is they actually gave you a reason to go back to the planets that the recourse was on. but now there is no reason....

I had what I personally think is a great idea when you said "Datto taunted"...what if the new Berserker Titan's class ability was a frontal cone or 360 degree aoe legit Taunt since the class is all about being within melee range and stacking woven mail and debuffs on enemies. I know that's not what's happening, but a guy can dream.

fruit you really need to start changing your siphon mods depending on what you use, you are making 6 orbs from the entire thing even though for example devour needs an orb to start. only reason i mention it is i typically make an orb for, at the very least, every third kill and did before this expansion as its just fun to have infinite ults and abilities
