Dylan bird yeah I’m D1 exotics we’re not needed all the time and they were special and felt unique but in D2, it feels like only a limited number of exotics are usable and needed all the time. It also feels like they aren’t unique or special at all. I miss Destiny 1 so much 😢

Master Oogway turning your enemies into orbs that you can use as relics isn’t unique? Shooting taken blights isn’t unique? Sidearm that shoots a death laser isn’t unique? I’m sorry but back in D1 most weapons were “just do more damage.” Wolfpack rounds? Do more damage that tracks. Luck in the chamber? Do more damage once in a while. Mark of the devourer? Do damage over time. Destiny 2 exotics although they aren’t as powerful, they are hell of a lot more unique than D1 exotics

I advise taking the increased stability over mag size/range for zhalo in pvp. It really helps on top of accurized ballistics. The range isn't too important b/c with the drop off and accurized ballistics, it was just like I was in range normally without accurized ballistics.

For the Monte Carlo there's some amazing synergy for Stormcallers. Stormcallers can utilize this weapon to help achieve transcendence instead of having to wait around for the melee to charge up. It's also useful with perpetual charge.

Now that I've watched the video, I agree with lots of this. in PvP my suros regime kills most people quick enough. however it can lose to exotic/ legendary hand cannons if the guy lands headshots. apart from that, I love my suros regime and won't be replacing it anytime soon.

I agree with most things on this list except the Zhalo Supercell it would be an A+ PvE due to the reason that it would charge your supers almost instantly and its kill time one of the more faster ones and an A in PvP because of that fire rate and time to kill I also happened to proc the perk a lot

In my opinion jade rabbit is a great weapon, fate of all fools just gives the scout rifle that touch of malice feel to it, if your a good shot refilling your current clip ammo by using fate of all fools should be easy, I would recommend using this if you don't have touch of malice.

please update this for the December balance patch. been using a Monte Carlo in PvP and going 20+:4 in rumble where I used to be at best 14-20:18-25. while there are other factors that could be included into the change, the gun feels really solid.

Zhalo and the Juju are by far the Best for me, I gave them both S tier. I don't see the flaws or more so don't notice them for what I use them for. I benefit more and my skill increases when using them. Specially Bad Juju, from good pvp player to a great pvp player. Its my go to for Trials with my Stormcaller.

Monte Carlo is way better than you gave it credit for! Medium fire rate auto rifles are much stronger than you seem to think. They outdamage impact autos, as long as you can be precise. The melee ability is also very good with storm caller in pvp and smoke bombs in pve.

Ahh. The good 'ol days of Bad JuJu. My first exotic, in TTK, and my favorite overall. I can remember this gun saving me and my friend in many 2 man nightfalls. He'd focus on DPS, i'd focus on the adds. I do hope it returns to D2 someday. Until then, i'll be using the closest thing to it. Huckleberry, with it's catalyst.

I have an Arminus-D, a hakke auto rifle with 72 rounds, and it has counterbalance. It just melts through guardians in pvp. It also makes other people flinch a lot too

Monte Carlo is actually great when paired with Nightstalker invis smoke grenades. Not sure why Datto only talked about it from a Titan perspective.

Monte Carlo is my favorite. Coming from Xbox, I have never seen how bad it can be. I definitely miss the Vanilla Bad Juju. It was the only pulse rifle I would use until the pulse rifle buff and I preferred it to most auto rifles at the time. Now it's just ridiculously OP. Still fun, but not as much as it used to be.

This is a cool video, but I wish you would just pick an exact rating for each weapon. Almost every gun had at least one rating where it was between two scores which feels like a copout, especially when you're using such a granular scale.

I'm a little curious about something. I've collected nearly all of the known exotic weapons for year 2. However, I'm still missing some though I do know what they are. Except one. I'm missing a shotgun (4thhorseman), 4 heavies (thunderlord's two brothers and two of the exotic swords), an auto rifle (fabian strat), and a scout rifle. I'm unclear as to what the Scout Rifle is. I've thought that it might be Jade Rabbit, but I feel that is unlikely since I'm an Xbox user. I've collected each of the other Scout Rifles (like ToM, Boolean, and Tlaloc) but I can't figure out what the final one is. Anyone know what it is?

I don't know what it is about Red Death. I find it ridiculously hard to hit moving enemies while using it, but I don't find this difficult on other weapons. It's weird.

+Sam Pickering it's the rate of fire. The burst slows down weapon handling on pulse rifles but because of it's low rate of fire, you can't hit moving targets with the red death as well as you would with a Bad juju...

Monte Carlo is a great weapon definitely more than a lowsy C having synergy with skills should always be a helpful bonus to anyone's build I just fail to understand why people diss stuff like this :/ with my full strength build when I was using it I could get my melting points back in what felt like 5 secs and that was without the Monte Carlo Method perk procing or using simmering flames ontop of that, meaning always doing a massive amount of dmg to bosses meaning easier, quicker completion of missions. Synergy makes builds work better as a whole too, using it with No Back Up Plans made me a unkillable force of nature with virtually no down time, because all I need to do is shotgun, Monte Carlo, optional immobius bubble killing spree rinse repeat with surplus with all that I never need alot of ammo crates either but whatever opinions, opinions. None of his opinions will really ever sit right with me but I will keep watching anyway just to see what he says.

I use No Time To Explain on pvp and pve sometimes I don't like the sights and muzzle flash but its minor and I got used to it if bungie can fix those things I think people would start using it more (I think not really positive on that) but the exotic perk is kinda useless on pvp I agree with your ranking on the No Time To Explain. Maybe if the muzzle and sights were adjusted it might be a bit higher rank but not really sure on that.

Where is your confirmation that the Front Lines bonus actually does anything to the speed? Everything we know about the rate of fire says it's tied to frame rate, so the tiny RPM increase people are talking about just isn't really possible (not that it would make any sort of difference either).
