CPS must have official allegations of abuse or neglect to remove children.. she is claiming that the baby was removed because of false allegations that the baby didn't receive medical care... but what about the other two kids that were removed a year before the baby?? Why were they removed?? "Questioning her brothers death" is not an official CPS allegation. Megan refuses to state what the allegations are... based on her behavior, I suspect the accusations of drug use and mental health issues are true!

The same thing happened to me well there was an explanation but I proved all of their accusations false pretty much immediately and they still kept her for 8 months. They accused me of substance abuse (they specifically said they suspected I smoked Marijuana because they had a cps worker stalk me the day before they kidnapped her and I accompanied my boyfriend to a dispensery however I hadn't smoked Marijuana in ten years) and they accused me of untreated mental illness because I am diagnosed with depression and anxiety BUT I had offered the agent my doctors card which was to a mental health clinic I had been receiving services from for years, therefore my mental illness was indeed treated and they knew it so even after I tested negative for every drug on a hair follicle test and provided a letter from my psych doctor stating that I am mentally stable and there is no reason for me not to have my child they still kept her. I provided them the name and address of a friend when they said I had to give them one or else she'd go to foster care they waited the entire weekend and all of Monday to try and go see if his house was fit. I had just spoke to the agent who said he was on his way to my friend's house and would call me and let me know. 5 minutes later he called back and said it is "too late" for him to check and they now have to put her in foster care. After that they didn't allow me to see her for two whole weeks. When I saw her again she was covered in bruises, had contracted lice, had a deeply conjested cough, a bad rash, scratches all over and a sore on her mouth that looked like it was from dehydration. I called the police to report it and begged them to change her foster home. They did not. So for 8 months I went to every class and every visit, jumped through all of their hoops. Finally a wrote a letter to the judge saying that I've completed everything they've asked and there was no reason to keep her especially since I proved the allegations false, I attached records and certificates of completion and showed it to my lawyer, she scoffed and said it'd just make me look bad and not to turn it in. I submitted it to the court record anyway and at the very next hearing the judge ruled she would come home. They absolutely do kidnap children for nefarious purposes and my little girl is lucky she had a mom that fought and documented everything so they couldn't get away with their schemes or I truly believe she would have been sold off. They constantly talked about how cute she was, to a level that wasn't normal.

Wow! My mother was an investigator for CPS and went on to be a Supervisor. I went through hell growing up with her. Abuse, physical, mental and sexual. And she used her position to threaten others, especially those that threatened to tell on her. I'm 60 now, so this has been going on for decades already. I was raised in foster care. Let me tell you, all they do is cause more issues. I wouldn’t wish foster care on my worst enemy. It’s so damaging to the whole family unit. I went through the exact same thing! My ex's parents were community leaders and anything they said was gospel and anything had to say couldn't be true. I was being horribly abused and no way was they gonna let their golden boy be labeled a wife beater, alcoholic and drug addiction. I do to! What 76 year old man wants to be doing overnight infant feedins every 2 hours and chasing four little kids? As Foster placement they can't speak out and neither can the state due to confidentiality and these people know it. I've seen her blogging about her drug abuse, eating disorders and I've heard her mention abusive relationships and those are things that can get children removed because of safety and neglect. Its a pretty damn low blow to be bringing up Adams death when she should be thanking her parents for keeping the kids out of fostercare.

They ignored physical and sexual abuse that was going on with my sister and I as a child but as an adult they attacked me for 20 years with my children based of malious lies made by my abusive family. Cps has actually helped my molester get access to my children and now as adult my daughter is in an open relationship with my molester and she's subjecting her daughter to this man. I have not been able to get help for my grandchildren and I have contacted everyone I possibly could. I have documentation of what cps has done but there's nowhere to take it to because cps power extends to all the agencies that are supposed to protect us and our rights . Add to it that cps has qualified immunity so you can't even file a complaint. I have been able to work with my state representatives office and he's currently drawing up a bill to hold cps and the courts accountable here in Ohio but that's not doing anything to stop the molestation that's been going on in my family for over 40 years now. We all need to voice out against this horrible unconstitutional system if we are ever going to save these children. Please keep up the good work your doing. I hope your children are returned soon and before this system has a chance to destroy them.

I've had to deal with cps and family courts, what she's saying is absolutely true, I've lived it. If you have never had to deal with cps... you can't truly understand. My granddaughter is 18 now but still suffers from pts, anxiety and panic attacks and was in therapy for years because of cps. They literally invade your home and your lives. You live every day under a pcs microscope, you have no privacy, trust me I've lived it.

I really wish I could talk to her. I had a very similar custody case with the family court and cps. The defamation of my character, taking my kids and giving them to my abuser. The corruption of my custody case caused so much trauma for my children and me. I finally have 50/50 custody back but I want to pursue against the courts eventually. I’m so sorry you went through that. My son’s dad was a 7 time convicted felon for drunk driving. Of course I didn’t know until I was already pregnant. He didn’t even see my son until he was almost 5 and then sued me for custody. I was a complete wreck. I had raised him alone. He didn’t know this man. I can’t imagine what you went through having the courts against you. I fought with every penny of my retirement and won but it took a huge toll on my emotional health. The way she described the story on what happened on Thanksgiving and her parents trying to set up this whole scenario of her being the abuser and mentally not stable and needing help etc.... The fact that her mother laid her hands on her and her being a grown woman and holding her baby at the same time is disgusting and it raises an alert to me and to question whether or not this abuse occurred as a child for her as well. Being an adult and having your parents place their hands on you raises question why that would be normal.

I can relate to everything she is saying. The way the system works is more hurtful than helpful. I had been clean for over 25 years from using drugs when I had issues with a rebellious teenage daughter and because I admitted to past use before she was ever born I had to go through intensive outpatient drug and alcohol classes that triggered me listening to all the stuff and she was put in foster care for them to get funding when there was nothing wrong with my home other than she was rebellious!! She says the parents allegations can be researched on line but does not provide prior heads up as to what we would find. The hair cutting of the child was for a drug test and a hair cutting is very reliable for months. She’s a “natural healer” … …. What kind of weird spiritual thing is she mixing with her testimony of Christianity. Also she has become a cohost to David Zublic of The Dark Outpost who is going to have her on his channel until she gets her children back. David Zublic who reports HRC has been executed by choice of hanging, Adam Schiff cried like a baby when he was executed. I forget who else Zublic reports have been tried by military tribunal and executed. I listened to half of this. In my estimation she is up to something. Dealing with child custody issues in this manner is irresponsible and does NOT end well. Again, I’m no John Walsh fan but this girl could be unstable and evidently weed was an issue. I don’t think weed should be an issue. A person can vape OUTSIDE without exposing their children.

A friend of mine had her daughter taken away because her and her husband were fighting too much in the house. At the court hearing the judge actually told my friend and her husband if they got back together they would never see their daughter again. Basically saying she would put their daughter up for adoption. It was disgusting and traumatic for the child. They let her daughter be fostered by a single woman and the woman did not treat the child well. This was in Broward County Florida. The Broward County sheriff's also are very shady. They arrest people because its a way the county makes money. The criminal justice system is a multi-million dollar business and creates jobs for people. The deputies that work at the jail are uneducated ppl and rude. Their is no rehabilitation in jail or prison at all. They want the door to be revolving they want you to go back and get caught up in the system. People would say back in the day..... go to Florida

Megan Walsh needs to keep fighting the system. I have felt the same or similar ways Megan has for years about our foster system and CPS and DCFS. I am an adult but was a child of the system for a bit of time and have an understanding of what that is like. We are seeing stories over and over again on the news of children being killed by foster parents or biological parents because the system gave them back to an abusive household. This whole system for the children into protect our children is so messed up and Megan is an amazing person to make a stance for what's right! I believe if she had more coverage she would have a lot more followers. So let's get this out there because this is been a ongoing issue for many years and needs to be addressed and the fact that her dad who should be standing by his daughter's side and representing the children that are being harmed through the system like he has what seems like he has for the last 20 odd years. I'm seeing a whole new side to John Walsh and the system and the toxicity that goes along with it. Go Megan you're a hero for the system and all these children that need a voice. I couldn't imagine, being the child born so soon after a murdered sibling. The parents didn't have any time to heal. Going through the different stages of grief and trauma, while having a newborn and all the hormonal changes. This is extremely devastating and we never truly understand why we are put in these situations until the battle is won. You are fighting for parents from many different levels . From rich to poor. God has put you where you need to be. In the end when this unfolds it will honor you, your children and hopefully your parents. In your grief you are finding an extremely important platform. This happened to me and my 3 daughters in the early thousands and the system in CA allowed my girls to be sold out by their father who is now in high desert state prison life without parole for killing a woman his name is Michael Angelo Perez and the sad thing is that my daughter wants nothing to do with me when it was her father not me he beat me daily and I got out but not with my babies

It is so heartbreaking how toxic the system can be and cruel CPS workers. My mom is a cps worker who truly tries to break the bad habits other workers make. I have always admired how she works with a family to improve a child’s life and the entire family’s environment instead of being quick to take children away. Only if a child is being beat or sexually abused does she take them from their parents for good. She genuinely cares for the overall family and gets how toxic foster care and so many systematic stuff can be. I wish more CPS workers were like her, then the system would be a lot better….people need to get this job to be a healer and helper, not hurt families 🤍

She removes children when they need to be removed (automatic removals are for sexual abuse & extreme physical abuse), but CPS workers don’t *normally* remove children for every cps complaint. If people continue to abuse drugs or not care for their children, they normally get placed with another family member, versus getting put into the foster care system

Why were her kids removed prior to newborn? I know they are corrupt but seems like no answer as to a WHY ? I know she also stated they are trying to allow my two to be adopted

If I remember correctly, when Meagan was young she did have some issues. She as a child, born after Adam was murdered would say weird things. Parents don't take small children to therapy because they don't get along. John Walsh, would not take her children away for the reasons she said. She wasn't bringing Adam's murder back up to be in the family business. She did it for evil. Mental health, get help Meagan.

Exactly. There are parts of her story that seems wishy washy. Not to judge her but there are 2 sides and when it comes to children we must be very careful. In most cases grandparent's don't want to raise more kids. They do it because they feel they must. She feels the need to make excuses for herself.

Yes. There are 2 sides. I would like to hear the other side. I can't imagine a child growing up under such a "ghost" and a life surrounded by death & trauma with her father's job. What did that do to her psychologically? What a life hers is to unravel. I'm not judging but I think she has some deep seeded issues. We would need to know the entire picture and know more regarding her mental health. We don't know about her parents either. I just can't get over her tendency, only in my opinion, to blame. We will never know the truth. I truly hope her and her children well.

I’m not convinced she’s telling all truth something is off with her for certain. Very talkative and no emotions she sound like a commentator instead of a mother whose traumatized by loosing her kids. She’s clearly using this platform but it’s off just off. Adams skull was found so that child is not alive. She’s saying he’s possibly alive I’d say she’s lost it

Agree with you 100%. I pray she gets help and never gets her children back. How could she disrespect her brother by saying he never died the horrific way he died. To say he is alive. I also hope that her parents sue her for deformation. Her kids are small hopefully they will forever forget who she is. She makes me sick!!!

The family court system is def corrupt. They take kids away from the dads even if they are fit, bc they'll get child support. This father in Texas had his rights taken away from his twin boys bc the mother, whom was a Dr, wanted to transition her toddler son and he didn't want to give consent. Transitioning and gender dysmorphia has major psychological and emotional issues, especially at a young age. You become infertile most of the time, suicidal rates increase as well as detransitioning, and depression. But there seems to be an agenda, and the media and schools are pushing the narrative that parents are abusive or neglective if they don't allow their ideas to seep into your personal beliefs or parenting styles. I don't know a Dr that would GENUINELY say that the procedures aren't highly risky and low success rate, including the gender dysmorphia going away once you transition. That's against hippa oaths but it's still being taught in schools and universities. My friend was working for cps and she had to quit bc of the horrors and lack of effective help they offered. She really stressed so much. They give you so many cases that it's impossible to help them and you either stop caring, or leave.

That is not true. I know about that case and while I disagree with the mother for wanting to call her male child a girl that was all there was to it. There was no advocating for hormones or surgeries, in fact those things on a child that young are illegal and he wasn't 2. Also despite me staunchly disagreeing with the mother on the Trans issue after listening to the father he has sociopathic traits and sounds like a potential abuser. Courts don't favor moms "because they can get child support" the court does not keep any of the money they get from the absent parent. It's all for the child. They give the child to the parent that is most likely to give the child the most stability and consider the child's wants and needs. A LOT of fathers don't care much about their kids and use them to control the mothers that's why so many men abandon their children. They don't care. Again not all dads. I had a great single father but a lot of men are so egotistical and narcissistic they aren't concerned for the wellbeing of their kids

I was awakened a decade ago with Tr@yvon M@rtin’s case and what his father gained from it…I am praying for your safety and your children’s safety.
