An excellent documentary essentially describing the women in police force. The script writer and the director have gone way beyond to interview strong women of different hues who have sought help from the women police. At 13% ,the women police are higher than the normal average of around 10% but way below the target of 33%. The 15 minutes documentary is very well made and I compliment the director for highlighting the role of these police women. Maj Gen Krishan Chauhan. Retired.

No doubt Police department is doing their duty well........... butttttttt as per indulgement of women still not satisfactory at least 33% should be there ......you can see difference in vacancies of males and females.........110 for male constable in Shimla and only 37 seats for female constable .........now where is gender equality ....???? It should be at least 33%
