They gotta bring back weapon crafting. I think they should just make each weapon take parts from different behemoths of the same element. I get it they are trying to make each weapon a commitment but the way they have it rn makes it expensive as hell and not even worth it… this like the 5th rant comment I made so far it’s so frustrating even tho I’m making it through the grind I can’t get my friend into the game 😭 AND THE CRASHING THATS THE WORST PART

Id like them to have 1 weapon of each type but you have to craft like "elemental cells" from behemoths, and these cells give a sword its type and special then have cell slots again on weapons or maintain a "better" talent system for the weapons. This way we would only need to level 1 weapon of each type but maintain the crafting aspect of the behemoths etc idk just a thought. Im constantly having them about the game atm

Capcom would never do the pay to win or pay for legendary weapons. Sure you can buy silly cosmetics but they don’t affect your gameplay

I completely agree with you. I was so hyped for the update and I hopped in only to discover that 4 years of progress had been deleted. They removed more than they added and yet none of the big creators so far have said anything about that, other than ohdough.

I was watching glitchiz and somebody asked him if some of the weapons you had to buy would be available through quest line, and he said I'm sure you'll be able to afford it in the near future and that was a comment, lol. He should know it's O.V

Another issue is how damn grindy amor has become. Even if you just want defense, a level 4 (now level 20) behemoth still gives you level 1 armor, which means, for example, it'll take at least a dozen behemoth kills per armor piece just to use it on the behemoth youve been farming.

Yeah, I haven't done a dive into that yet. Since I'm a vet behemoth parts are in my inventory so upgrading a few sets wasn't hard. But for new players this is going to be annoying to get a initial parts to farm up sets.

I like the two weapon combo swap. That’s cool same with the hunger having the old moveset instead of the new sword moveset. But I just don’t like how all that time that I grind in that game with my friends since high school, it’s just gone and it’s just resetting the game with a lot of bs that’s not worth it. I love the game but I don’t think ill play it as much as I used to.

As a long time player of P2W (Warframe, The First Descendant, etc.) I didnt initially understand the frustration of the playerbase until I saw that several years of progress had been wiped. 🤦‍♀️ Devs need to do better, and if rollbacks are planned; players need to be made aware in advance. I have enjoyed the game thusfar, but im also extremely used to ridiculous grind. I do absolutely feel for the longtime players though, thats ass.

Yeah the changes with P2W is annoying but expected from a Free to Play game it was really just another thing on top of everything else

@duddyx5 like I've still enjoyed it thusfar, but again, I just found the game. If I would've put time like that into say, Warframe, early on to lose all progress and come back to a lesser product with all progress lost, I'd be pretty pissed as well.

I've played the game for around 10h.(I was a 45 reforges player) It's bad but it's not too bad. Talent system on the weapon, pretty cool👍 A way to actually upgrade the armor instead of having only 2lvs👍 Weapon swapping, cool. The combos to swap are yoo difficult tho👍 There is some problem with the balance of the game, somehow I pretty much one shot the Thrax every escalation run with the strikers(lv52). At the same time I get my ass whooped on islands level 50 Bullshit monetization scheme👎 Quality of life in crafting, like you said🤜 Extreme problem (to me) with the cells getting stuck inside armor, now I can play only 1 build with that piece of armor and not plenty at the same time, because the fucking Cell needs to be changed every time I change build, I had 15+ slots for builds before, now I can use only around 4 before all the good armor is used and conflicts start emerging👎👎 Almost all the pieces of armor have some bullshit wasted perk👎 Many of previous cells have been nerfed, especially sturdy in hammer builds was my love👎 Animations feel sluggish, it seems like I want to perform an action but because there is an animation playing I can't do anything (skill issue?)👎 Modularity of the weapons is gone now, I liked it👎 60 ultimate aetherite is not enough to compensate my reforges-> 60*5000=300 000xp but 45 reforges are more like 20k*45=900 000👎 I appreciate the fact that the game has received an update (good or bad)👍 I appreciate the communication between devs and the community, wishing it will fix al lot of issues👍

I feel pretty screwed over as a founder tbh, refoge was terrible too, it took too much dedication to level a weapon, and back then all my maxed out weapons were reduced to enough material for a reforge and armour upgrade... Like, yeah, now I can afford 5 shop weapons, but... wtf happened to being able to craft what I slayed? That was the whole point and satisfaction of the game. Without that, slaying a monster feels more like a nothing burger.

@@Zamerus i understand your point, I feel the suffering. Would you feel right if you got "compensated" more or is it still not enough? In the last years of playing the game I found myself playing almost always the same weapons, the legendary with the prismatic slots and the 'meta' link with the same weapons. Said that I think that removing the never used weapons is not a big loss. I'm still sad that some gimmick builds are gone, and the game feels more restrictive but I think I can deal with that

The talents or just ok they could of put the diversity in the talents had almost every armor piece lvl up fully lvl up repeaters and pike i got back couple of atherite enough to max just one weapon none of my armor it just feels like im depowered having to claw my way back up in power and armors just to tinker with builds and whats not

you mean lack of weapon cells ? Or the lack of cell progression so even one cell doesnt give you a buff anymore you have to reach the cap for that cell type now

I would dip in and out of dauntless, I had phases where its all I would play if MH was getting a tad stale for me. I even spent money on platinum and a few battlepasses. Now after this update I have dropped it. I also never really understood what was meta so never made a mixset. RIP Dauntless, yet another game ruined by greed.

The game crashes on me. I'm in an event mid fight and crashes. I can't have fun when it does this. It runs even worse than before. 3 years of getting all armor & weapons wasted. I'm sad now 😢 I made one good build but crash is making me not want to play. RIP Dauntless. Hello MH Wild.

was always a mid level game, was mired by crappy lag all the time. you rubber banded even on high end high speed internet. I stopped playing this after guns were added couldnt take all the MTX
