How do you use the grenades on pc

So I need a few more, but I do not know what omnistones are, or which beast drops them.. Can anyone help?

Omnistones are gathered. They're a rock you can find on the desert maps at the bottoms of cliffs. They're light blue rocks mixed in with the normal coloured rock. I think they're on other maps too but the desert is the earliest you'll see them.

Very helpful video tbh. But how do i get those grenades? Because i just accepted the quest where your supposed to deal 5k damage with the barrage grenade and obviously i ran out of them and just dealt 2.9k damage. How do i get more of those grenades? So i can complete the quest and get the inferno grenade reward.

The guy that gives you the grenade quest is also where you craft them. It's just like making potions but grenades are a bit more expensive.

Ohh well i got help by someone in-game... I forgot which guy the quest was from so i thought you crafted them in the same menu where you craft potions. Now i feel really dumb. lol
