I like the first one too, but I'm fond of a bit of househacking, too. Yes it is in Puglia. It's on the way to Porto Cesareo. Ionian side of the heel of the boot. Thanks for sharing another fairly decent property and great investment in Liverano. Do you know anything about the heating system in this one and any idea about replacing it? Seems those beautiful and high ceilings would need circulation to keep heat in living areas.

Right now it has the radiant heat backed by the typical instant hot water system, but it should be updated. My favorite option is radiant floor heating, but most people that I know that live down in the area hardly ever turn their heat systems and prefer to throw on a sweater.. haha. They do have incentives on improving the energy efficiency if someone did decide to go the floor heating route. Best for someone who pays taxes in Italy.

It's a bit of a long ride, but there is a train that brings you to Copertino which is one community to the east. But visiting Puglia, it would be smart to rent a car to experience it well.
