Hi Dauvo, excellent video, can i ask a question i am in Ireland, i don't have an Italian bank account, how do i get cheque for the 10%? and is it 10% of the price advertised property or is it 10% of the final price when the auction is over. Thank you

I don't know but you would think even 20 years ago they still would have had a Pool outside!! Right ? It's odd especially if they were hosting weddings and parties Etc. Like where's the pool outside?😅

Boy, would I like to select the interior finishes for that. I would say $200K-250K, but another $250K to refurbish and $500k to furnish as a B&B and banquet seating.

Hi! We connected through an online dating site before Tinder was cool 😂 It was actually a pretty wholesome site, but we each only used it for a month and fortunately connected on facebook due to that encounter. We didn't speak for a few months and then reconnected on facebook one day while she was traveling in Barcelona with a friend.

Since Cinque Terre is a national park, i can’t imagine that land there is for sale. Certainly, new buildings are prohibited.

Was in Corniglia last October so I remember it well. Absolutely loved it but unfortunately, Cinque Terre is way out of my price range. I’m hoping to find something within an hour’s drive of there and near a train station so i don’t have to rent a car every time I want to go anywhere. Keep the videos coming!

I bought 2 auction houses in Italy and I have been following some people who bought 1 euro homes… have never seen someone who made a good deal and would never recommend to anyone. Italian bureaucracy is a nightmare but for those who are into the business is heaven

I believe it was less than 20k. Alberto with Tecnocasa in Casale Monferrato. I didn't post the price, but I did mention the price per sqare meter in the video. The difficult thing of posting the price is that the price changes from time to time. They had already put the property under contract by the time I published the video, so I couldn't link you to property info. From now on, I'll be creating a seperate property link on my website italy.dauvo.co/properties that will remain active even if the property sells so that you can always find pricing info.

Nice house 👍 but when you both are talking about the ceiling when you first come in and your camera person is unaware of anything and doesn't even show the ceiling you're speaking about ?lol Great upstairs terrace this is very nice I like it 👍😊

Yes, we are aware. This trip we had a lot of 'technical difficulties' and an entire sd card of content that had a better perspective on the house that we intended to use as B-roll that was corrupted. I decided to post what I could instead of nothing. Thanks for your feedback!
