What I think is.. When Kingsbury backed out. The Raiders made a Desperate move for Getsy and the O-Line gave up 15 sacks in 3 games and the running game is horrible! Getsy past history as OC is terrible. Just bad as McDaniel period. The secondary was terrible in that Panthers game too

That's exactly what I was thinking. Getsy was plan J37 and look at how atrocious it has played out for the Raiders. We need that new Sean Payton, Jason Garrett 2.0 blood to be able to utilize the weapons we have properly AND sequence plays properly. Offense is on some JaMarcus level

it's much deeper Business Decisions AP is telling the players it's out of his hands. AP is a players coach he motivates players he takes players and makes them better on the field. AP telling players Telesco will have his job and Getsey job and the whole coaching staff walking papers when players don't show up for games. These players are under contract AP is telling them it's his job to make sure the players are playing 100% on the field if injury get off the field the next guy up. Telesco not seeing it 100 % on the field on Panthers game. AP telling the players they are making a business decision to get traded , cut and replaced before Telesco starts signing free Agents who want to play. If they can't play for AP they basically out. AP has a job to do and the players aren't doing it. It's a chemistry problem it's the players are not putting in the effort for what ever reason. They just need to focus on what the staff put together make it work. If it's power block your ass off for the backs. If your on defense play your ass off. Minshew has to read the open receiver. Raiders need yo focus ripping out the ball on defense. Linebackers and Defensive backs don't get burnt bt backs and TE and receivers.

The offensive line is relatively young except for Kolton, and have to be developed. There are going to be growing pains. Also a new coordinator it’s tough to come out on fire starting the year. Raiders have to work really hard and develop players try to get stronger as the year goes by. Let’s see where they are at the end of season. Raiders have a really tough division this year. I know Raider Nation is starving for a winning season and a spot in playoffs. But I just don’t see it this year.
