Josh McDaniels got rid of Derek Carr after 1 year then Antonio Pierce Tom telesco and company don't do anything to bring in a quarterback! Look I love the fact we have Tae but I’m a real life person as a fan. The organization allowed Josh McDummy to dupe him by using Carr then trade Carr. Yes we tried to get a QB but couldn’t trade up and we need Oline and LBer in my opinion. DA hat a good demeanor, he goes with the flow and does hos job. Problem is, he is an awesome individual in his field of sports which happens to be a teamsport. He feels entitled to success because he himself is good at what he does and doesn´t want to be held back by a mediocre team, toxic fandom and sub par ownership. He is obviously frustrated that he is still light years away from contending for a SB with the Raiders and doesn´t see it as his job anymore, making his team better and demanding more of his teammates.
