This whole “fix Bryce Young” is so misunderstood. He literally had no O line and a 33 year old receiver as his #1 running a scheme that doesn’t fit his skill set and dealing with a toxic front office. Im not making excuses because he did have an underwhelming season but for fucks sake he was put in a terrible situation

Exactly, guy plays 1 season and he needs to be "fixed"... Every rookie QB has things they need to do better and get better at. When you are the #1 pick you are on the worst team so there's a lot more to overcome. Bryce will be fine as long as the franchise doesn't screw him over and force him to have to do too much

Without a doubt he knows exactly what needs to be done to help re build this franchise and there is no doubt that he knows HOW to fix this franchise. Can he/staff execute? Only time will tell… but it is so comforting, as a fan, to know that HE knows how and what it takes to turn this thing around and he has no filters or anything when it comes to talking about what needs “fixing” he has some “coach speak” but haven’t had any coaches in the last few years who really talk about what and how this needs to be done. It applies to all teams if you think about it.

That name graphic at the bottom of the screen is misleading, they technically had 4 coaches in 6 years with 3 interim coaches...if the interim coaches dont keep their record they had while filling in because everyone knows they are just filling in until the season is over, then they should not be added into the stat in the headline
