I love how the neck pickup isn't just a bassier, rounded tone like most neck pickups are. It's more of a subtle, sweeter less attack sounding pickup.

I'm totally knocked out by the clarity and tone of these pickups. Dave Davidson is one of the best players out there right now, absolutely excellent, and these pickups really help him shine. I've been using DiMarzios for four decades now and will use them forever. I've had nothing but great experiences with DiMarzio. Heck, I just put an X2N in a Hofner Shorty and turned it into an absolute monster. Best pickup company on the planet. Period.

The entire guitar is a well tuned machine for sure. The Occultclassic pickups are dialed in for Dave and work awesome just as stated and are punchy with the gain and have a great grit detail to the sound. They are dialed in and the pickup voicing is great and metal in that sweet Revocation tone. Love it.

dk what Immissing but I cant find this new guitar. OnJacksons website the Warrior WR 7 Dave Davidson says 25.5" scale? He said this new one 26.5" scale

his newer personal guitars (the red and the yellow warrior) are 26.5, the retail ones are 25.5

@@nilsbarth6325 I talked with a Jackson rep over the phone yesterday and they didn’t have an update yet and I asked to be contacted if ANY news (yes or no/delay) comes across. I’m torn between picking up one of Dave’s previous signatures or waiting for this one to be mass released, such a great guitar.

​@@hewhomustnotbenamed2470 I also talked to Jackson about it a couple weeks ago and they told me there are no plans for it to be released in the near future. I have also been contemplating picking up the older model, but I love yellow and reverse headstocks, so I am waiting out for a production run. I did see a master built one on Reverb that was supposed to be the third of the Ferrari red Warriors going for $9400 (I think) a couple months back.
