To be fair that is a common turn of phrase (the short minutes one).

@@Jacquobite It is indeed, and I wouldn't have batted an eyelid had it not been for the fact that it is a tad hypocritical to be pedantic about using a word redundantly, only to go and do the same yourself. At least the word "consecutive" does add SOME value to the meaning, as opposed to describing minutes as "short".

@@PsychoSavager289 Well Jobs wasn't well received. The one with Michael Fassbender is probably more likely to come to mind more quickly. I think Butterfly Effect is probably one of Kutchers more popular entries. As far as his acting career, he's been acting in the series "The Ranch" since 2016, and he's still doing movies though it does look like he took a hiatus from movies since 2015. Probably a good move for him; he's still relatively well liked but his most recent movies didn't do well.

But what if the target was like, someone else? Like if you are insulting Lord Sugar, but it's all in fun, what is the correct preposition? What, like they don't know they're fat? Shaming and making people miserable isn't exactly a good incentive, in fact, it's more likely to drive people to comfort eat.

@Ahmed Jones "Fat pride" is good in terms of acknowledging that the normal/ideal body doesn't look like the stick-thin super model or six-pack abs. A little bit of chub is ok. Of course, the people who get the most attention are the "extremists" who insist the fact that they're severely obese is fine. My point is that shame is a terrible motivator, as all negative motivations are. It's much easier to give up on a diet/exercise when you feel terrible about it. Finding a positive motivation and giving yourself reasonable goals means you're much more likely to reach them.
