I actually started using Huel a while after seeing the original broadcast of this program. The ready-to-drink stuff is very smooth and convenient and the powdered stuff can be mixed with fruit etc, in a blender. I am drinking a bottle of chocolate flavour right now. Even though I am not vegan, if you ARE vegan or thinking of going that way, it is an excellent choice, but I also wouldn't live off it...maybe just replace one meal a day. Edit: The whole "Huel is like a cult" thing was funny. They originally called people who used Huel "Huellers", but now they seem to refer to them as "Hueligans". I think it is only cult-like if you totally replace all your food with it and are evangelical about it to your friends and family. Edit 2: I just had a thought. Am I being evangelical about Huel right now, by typing a lengthy KZbin comment about it?? :)

What pisses me off is that when Huel calls itself cheap, it's straight-up fraud! Huel needs to be reduced to at least a tenth of the price before it can be called cheap. Huel expects you to spend £10 a day if you only eat that, whereas you could buy enough rice with a multivitamin supplement to last a month for the same price and achieve the same level of nutrition.
@scragar4 жыл бұрын
Rice is very low in fiber, sodium, iron and really high in carbs. Yes you could survive on just rice for a month, but it's a terrible diet for long term survival, as daft as Huel is they do have all the macros worked out so you're not going to be an anemic constipated diabetic who can't hold their water by just eating it. Also their per meal cost is £1.32 according to their FAQ, where are you getting £10/day?

Surely you just buy the most recent one with the console and enjoy that until the next console comes out or the old one breaks? You're actually buying the same game again each year to get all the players in the right teams? Wow, that's some seriously succesful con-trick they've invented.

@@gladtobeangry I don't know if you're being overly sarcastic, or genuinely didn't know this. 🙃 The kicker is, in said games, there is a mode similar to collecting cards.
