I met Dave Brockie after the show and the bar closed. I'm trying to tell of Dave Brockie that doesn't sound like I'm bragging. I can't, I drank with the most outrageous bands ever and met one of quickest minds that I'll ever meet in my lifetime. RIP DAVE BROCKIE..

I bet you have no idea who Nirvana is lol honestly dude I knew Slipknot Gwar, Mudvayne, Korn, Clutch, etc, before I gave a fuck about Nirvana or the Foo Fighters. Then I grew up.....and my appreciation for music grew. Those are still amazing bands, but we're talking about Dave Grohl. I feel you're the same type of person who would talk shit on Limp Bizkit or Nickleback, two well established bands making records for over a couple decades, to this day, but for some reason they aren't good? It may have been a compliment. It may have been a bitter and jealous jab... or Brockie may have been disaffected either way and was only saying a quick thoughtful zinger. No matter what, it was funny as heck. People should put on their "entertain me brain" and watch the interviews Oderous/Dave did, there's like fifty or a hundred of them in yourtube' In one of them, Dave was being such a nut that Dierks(Balsac the Jaws 'o Death) was legit busting up laughing during the interview at Dave being a nut. Then, after the interviews they watch if they still cant appreciate GWAR and the people behind and in the band, they should just kill themselves. Although I have to say I sort of agree with your estimation. Have a nice one!

Totally disagree. I'm sure he found it hilarious and a kickass rockstar thing to say and that's why he mentioned it and dedicated the song for Brockie. It's obvious Dave(G) has a great sense of humour. Damn I miss Brockie being around. Probably was one of the cleverest and most entertaining drug addicts but now we only have memories. He sure had some fun interviews.
