It would be cool if you could toggle between each artist as you wish. I’d set it to Carter for 99% of the show lol

Hello guys. I hope you get to read this message. I subscribe to a KZbin channel named Merchant of Alba. They are a couple who live in Romania I believe. They reaction to music from various artists. Apparently, growing up, they did not have access to much of the music we take for granted. Anyway, I introduced them to DMB and Andrei and Dominika were floored. They are truly huge fans. If you just watched one of their reactions you would know what I mean. These people get so much joy from music in general, but especially from the DMB. I do not know these people at all, but they are kind and sensitive and caring. If Dave could drop a one or two line message to them on one of their reactions it would blow them away. I know you guys have no reason to do this, but I’m telling you, these are very good people. We need more like them in this world. They will probably never have the chance to see you live, but experience your concerts vicariously through the crowds attending and enjoying. I’m a nobody, but I thought I’d give it a shot. Thx for all your fantastic music over the years.

This band has never sounded so ‘tight’. The musicianship has increased ten fold beginning in 2018 through today. We miss Boyd but Boyd threw a wrench in the musicianship. Out of tune, unenthusiastic and a vibe killer. Long live DMB ✌️

"A protest song is a song that's so specific that you cannot mistake it for bullshit." Phil Ochs "It appears to be in the nature of religion itself to be prejudiced against those who are different. I think the worst way to go is to have somebody think they speak for God. If you look at history, every nation that has operated as if it spoke for God has become violently destructive. All religion seems to need to prove that it's the only truth. And that's where it turns demonic. Because that's when you get religious wars and persecutions and burning heretics at the stake. The God of the Hebrews is a God that human language, we're not even supposed to speak the holy name. We were told in the Second Commandment we could make no images of this God, and I don't think that means just building idols, I think that means also trying to believe you've captured God in your words, in the Creeds, in the Scriptures. I think one of the things we've got to look out for is human beings claiming that they know how God operates. In Yom Kippur, the status of being unclean fades before the divine presence. Yet if one cannot distinguish between God and Satan, if one calls evil good, if one’s religion places limits on the love of God, if one claims that being God’s chosen means that all others are God’s rejected, then there can be no atonement, and Yom Kippur is a failure. Whatever diminishes life is evil, and whatever enhances life is good. If you're going to live in a community, you have to refrain from killing one another and stealing from one another. You must have honor and honesty in your dealings with one another. But I think the deeper thing that we need to do is to become so fully human that we don't grasp at life; we give life away. We give love away. We give being away. That is the ultimate work of religion." John Shelby Spong, Biblical Literalism: A Gentile Heresy: A Journey into a New Christianity Through the Doorway of Matthew's Gospel “It is time to cease to argue about God, and instead to unite in the unmasking of contemporary forms of idolatry.” Man transfers his own passions and qualities to the idol. The more he impoverishes himself, the greater and stronger becomes the idol. We must admit that all human history so far (perhaps with the exception of certain primitive societies) has been based on force: the force and power of a prosperous minority over a majority who work hard and enjoy little. The concept of the halakhah that man must act not only according to general principles of justice, truth, and love, but that every act of life be “sanctified,” becoming imbued with a religious spirit. “Right action” refers to everything: to the prayer in the morning, to the benediction over food, to the sight of the ocean and of the first flower of the season, to helping the poor, to visiting the sick, to not making a man ashamed in the presence of others. The essence of the Torah is the command: Do not do unto others as you should not want them to do unto you-the rest is commentary. Go and study.” Erich Fromm, You Shall Be as Gods
