Went to both shows with my “brother” and had a great time! Great memories and that Pig performance is my favorite I’ve seen, so good! We ate at a different cheesesteak place 3x’s a day the 3 days we spent in Phila and a month later I had a not so bad heart attack.

Wow "Fool to Think" was 10/10!! I thought I heard for the longest time Dave didn't play that live... but man it sounds amazing like this. The contrast of the chorus strum to verse is really good. I love the end when Dave is directing his voice to the left away from the mic saying "was I a fool?" that part was really cool.

I was also at this show, and took the one who made this all possible, my mother. We loved both nights and how amazing the center was and how great Dave and Timmy were and how the crowd was just one big family singing together. im honestly not sure there's ever been a performance where dave appears hungry, like the old days, than this one. and that feeds into the energy which Tim of course buys into it. then the audience. before you know it.. there's magical shit happening. the man is playing his guitar like he something to prove.. and loving the hell out of it. fool to think? he's so focused and enjoying himself. often dave plays like he isn't a good musician, which is funny and humble and part of his act. Here, this entire performance -- he's commanding his voice, his guitar, and Tim. Holy jeez.

It's a beautiful sun burst finish. EDIT: Research tells me Dave is probably playing a few Rockbridge guitars which have a similar shaped headstock to Martin. I hate when any celebrity gets political and I actually disagree with Dave Matthews on many things, but he made a good point here. There is no downside to living cleaner and better regardless of the science and what anyone believes. The problem is that Al Gore and many others made a fortune on something that might be complete Bullshit.
