She actually got a chance to host her own talk show once, "Late Show Starring Joan Rivers", in 1986. It was the first show to ever be broadcast on the Fox network when it launched. The show itself didn't last too long though.

She was stronger and more straight forward than 99.9% of Hollywood and New York and Atlanta’s media giants combined!!! There were few, who was smart, witty and funny and fast enough to keep up with her!!! Amazing, impressive, and impossible to replicate and/ or replace!!! Respect for Joan Rivers!!! Only one in a century!!! We were lucky to experience her genuine unique talent, unstoppable fun, art, humor, honesty and genius!!! You can make angels and ghosts laugh, Joan! We miss you, Girl!!!

@@francescipriani1933 Or simply they were unprepared and unprofessional, who shouldn’t do such a serious medical procedure. In my opinion, - because of her age and history of previous medical history-, a bigger, more advanced facility should have been chosen for this ( or any ) medical treatment for her. Where they are ready for any level of urgent treatment and care. She might be still alive!
