In my opinion, - because of her age and history of previous medical history-, a bigger, more advanced facility should have been chosen for this ( or any ) medical treatment for her. Where they are ready for any level of urgent treatment and care. She might be still alive!

Such a legend, and I'm so grateful to have met her in person years ago at the Spago restaurant on the Sunset Strip! Joan was very nice, took a few minutes to chat, when I informed her I had tickets to her late night show on FOX. Fast forward 3 weeks, went to see her show, and due to meeting her, was able to get 2nd row seats right in front of her! 🤗 I cried when she passed, and still miss her to this day.!😢
