Congrats great job! I Live and hunt the Ozarks. That’s how 90 percent of them act now days especially on public ground and you have to do exactly what you did to get them and it doesn’t happen that often. You gotta stay after them get in front and get close like real close just like that. I’ve got twins that are now 12. They are eaten up with it as bad as me. We have a lot of those hunts and come out empty handed a lot. Getting myself two boys and cam gear is hard to pull the sneak off. Just got to keep after them until a it works. Way to go!

Love the videos Dave. Just started watching this year. Real life hunts as they happen. Reminds me of a ton of my hunts over the last 20 years. Take um as you get um. If you get a sec??? Looks like some good slings yall use on your guns. What brand?? Would really like know. Sure nice to see guys that admire and respect the wild turkey for what they are. I do the same thing on each bird I kill. Sit and admire. Hate our numbers have Plummeted here in Arkansas! Thks in advance.

There is a ton of hunting pressure here in the Natural State, more hunters than turkeys it seems like. maybe the toughest state to kill one in. Our turkey population has been swiftly declining year in and year out and I'm afraid it's only going to get worse before it gets better. Congrats to you both! it's a dadgum chore to kill a gobbler here especially in the mountains where I hunt. I've been fortunate enough to kill 3 out of the last 4 years. if you don't mind me asking what general area were you guys in North, South, East, West or Central? Ouachita National Forest, Ozark National Forest, St. Francis National Forest? just curious. Really Enjoy watching you guys and the way you have chose to hunt. it Speaks volumes about your character and passion for the Wild Turkey. Keep it up an I look forward to the next episode.
