In 'Inside Barstool', Dave dishes on the tech-troubled "2020 Recap" video in the Barstool end of year meeting, Stu barging into Dave's office at a bad time, a possible Jose Canseco vs. Billy Football RnR battle, and the non-existent 2020 Barstool Christmas party.

Dave has empathy. And that’s the difference between him and a lot of these ‘leaders’ of big companies that could help move change and support for small businesses like barstool is. Dave can actually relate to the feelings all us small business workers and owners are feeling. He may not have run a small business through covid but he’s run barstool and built it through a lot of hard times, and it shows in this moment how much hard work was put in, in that he’s able to empathizes with us instead of ignoring what’s happening.

This episode is really sad to listen to. I'm driving on the highway home from the South Shore Plaza in Braintree Mass to meet my girlfriend who just got off her bartending shift. We both have been working for the same restaurant for a combined 10+ yrs. Anyone who can criticize what Barstool is doing right now or nitpicks at Dave are revealing their true disgusting colors. Luckily we both along with the restaurant are staying afloat, but the Titanic can sink at any moment. Sorry for this novel and Dave you're not a charity, but I guarantee when this is all said and done other organizations will be stealing the blueprint on how to get the job done and done right.
