Remember when Berlusconi was PM of Italy and all our panel shows were taking the piss of the ridiculous things he said. I wonder what Italian comedians are saying about our government now.

We're so busy being mediocre and borderline fascist that we don't really register British government stories. Tho, like in most of Europe, David Cameron fucking a pig and Brexit stories will always warrant a laugh

The thing that got me most about the "I went for a drive to test my eyesight" excuse is that's actually WORSE - if you're actually unsure whether or not you can see properly, it's both irresponsible and illegal to operate a vehicle on a public road.

Not really. It's no different than driving your car to a mechanic for an annual check-up: The car is not gonna fall apart on the way there, but there might be some smaller issues with it that can be fixed.
@aecides32037 ай бұрын
@@Snowkobbie It is absolutely nothing like that and even if it was, you're not allowed to drive your car to the mechanic if you know it's not safe for the road. God I hope you don't drive.

3:11 Subtitles: "The garage. He is the garage." What? But then again, I don't understand the word Rachel is using either. 4:28 Subtitlea: "Shaved in an Esso forecourt". Better than getting _shivved_ I guess...

Sounds like “the GOAT,” which is a sports term meaning “Greatest Of All Time”. Usually used to refer to top-notch athletes such as Olympic gold-medal gymnast Simone Biles. (Pretty sure Rachel is using the term sarcastically.)

The sad reality is that videos like this, are exactly how we ended up with Boris and his cronies in charge. "He's the GOAT", encourages a genuine appreciation for shockingly bad behaviour. It's how we end up with "We all know Boris is a lying self-serving half-wit who is largely responsible for the death of 150,000 Brits thanks to his ridiculously cavalier attitude... it's baked in." Meanwhile, Starmer is boring and nobody likes boring.

Funny, in some scripts I can tell the writers were men: “I’m sorry if . . .” is manspeak for “You can’t handle the truth.” A woman’s apology is more like “I’m sorry I . . .. “

Rachel Parris shows how smart she truly is by how she so pleasantly drives home her points, but does not condescend to her audience. Such a boss B****, and I love that, more powerful and smart women would make our society so much better. Keep her delivering these Samantha Bee like highly logical rants. Love RP
