You still can in 27 US states. Source: UK documentary on US forced child marriage. 1950's singer Jerry Lee Lewis married his Cousin when she was 13, with the full approval of her parents. He was 33. When UK journalists found out his tour there was cancelled .

That rugby story was the second most cringe-inducing thing I’ve ever encountered. The first is the episode “Scott’s Tots.” Still haven’t finished that because I can’t. But this is the second.
