I’m pretty sure it’s just pitch shifted up by 1 but there are some parts that sound slightly different so I could be wrong

@@GameyGaming theres a lot of differences: -the 3rd line had more lyrics -the line before joe will never be the same cuts out -joe will never be the same lyric doesnt have an echo -some lyrics just sound completely different -the part after the longer joe is just coompletely different, in the snippet version it repeats the first line whice, then says he knows, he knows, he knows, and the final line fades out. In this fersion, it repeats the line once, then he says the he knows line, then repeats it again, and the final line is gone -the "oh" at the end is missing
