Just under 5 years working as a supermarket worker and by the end of my time…yeah this is accurate. By the end of my time a customer complained that he could get salt for 20 cents cheaper at another store that was 3 minute drive and I said to his face “well why don’t you drive there?”

I calmly suggested that someone shouldn't put their cart in backwards, and they yelled at me and gave me a glare when they pulled out of the parking lot. The rest of the job wasn't that bad, but that one experience really soured everything for me.
