I loved it :) Just wanted to comment as an Israeli 2 facts that are think are important: 1. According to Israeli sources most of the Arab Palestinians that left in 1948 left on their own will and weren't expelled by the Israeli army. 90% of them left on their own will by the recommendations of the Arab leaders that started the war against Israel. The arab leaders claimed that they will be able to return to their homes after they defeat Israel in the war. 2. There was no mention of the exodus and deportation of all jews from all Arab countries following the war. More than 1 million Jews were deported from all over the middle east (Iraq, Syria, Egypt, Oman, Morocco, etc.)

That's an oversimplification of his relations towards Arabs, in the end he did try to assimilate them and many of the Arab-speaking communities in Israel such as the Druze and the Bedouin Muslims indeed fought alongside the Jews.
