@@akbxg unless you’re in California don’t even bother, you don’t want to do that. Sparring is training, it’s not like training for basketball or baseball, you’re getting punched in the face. And you guys act like that’s shooting hoops or something. Sparring gets really hectic at times, even with kids. The only difference between a fight and sparring is headgear, gloves, the paycheck and the fact that it counts against your record. I’ve ALWAYS been taught to treat sparring like a fight since the amateurs, unless specifically working on something. Sparring is much more than just sparring, we’re not talking about emotions, that gets you hurt in the ring, this is the hurt business.
