TSC two weeks ago I was standing at Mick Ronson's grave it was a cloudy day and I was thinking about Mick and Bowie and all I could think of was your cover of ashes to ashes and quietly said God bless you Mick you know the real talent these days passes by unnoticed while fake talentles boy bands find fame and fortune and seconds later a robin in a nearby tree sang with most melodic voice whilst the sun came out.. Very cool, for some reason I wanted an acoustic version of Ashes to Ashes and I wasn't disappointed with the result. The song retains some of the things that made it good, while obviously being almost entirely different and having a different feel. I think an acoustic version of Ashes to Ashes could sound more sad and I'd actually like a more sad version. Your performance was very good and very suitable for this style. Bowie's voice wouldn't be suitable for this particular version, though I feel the song would be improved if you hit some more of his particularly notes. I think that is possible without sounding like you're doing a parody or imitation.
