He is so tender! And the atmosphere is like when you join your best friends to have dinner and then , keep sitting at the table telling jokes in a total confidence atmosphere. I would have enjoyed so much being there!

What a lovely interview! I love the part when David is talking about his son (Duncan) and also when he says: "i am enjoying performances now, more than i had enjoyed for years!" Thanks for uploading this wonder!

Love this man, he's so gentle, sensitive, bright and humoristique. Great interview. He s a born natural, just himself, I can imagine if he would sat with me at the table, talking after a dinner, smoking a sigarette, he would have been just the same. Its a pitty that I just missed him on my plane ( when I was working as a airline stewardess) he and his crew took another one, I got Lou reed and his band instead. Whas great too but for me totally not the same. I trought all the time, Oh my God, If David would have been on board, talking with him. That would had been a dream. Keep on making music David until your ninety, even if you would do your shows in a wheelchair, they will Always be special and very unique.

Wonderful interview. Except I started to cry when he made the comment about performing in his wheelchair at 90. I certainly wish this brilliant man were still here because he’d still be surprising us. R.IP. Starman ❤

datum klopt niet. concert was op 28 januari 96.ik was er heen geweest. dit interview op 29 januari. David was net 49 geworden 8 januari dat jaar.
