All you see on this clip is the warm up and stretching. 15 minutes is about right for a decent warm up and a little stretching. I just like the relaxed meditative way in which we are taken through this little routine. David's calming voice and the simple traditional surroundings appeal to me more than having Billy Blanks yelling at me. Nothing against the motivational sweaty workout videos but I just have a liking for this one. This and the David Carradine Shaolin strength workout.
