I was watching David Copperfield head mover video I can remember when he did that live in Atlantic City at Caesars Palace and the origami video I plead the other one was called Memories in the Attic so many more that I could mention but not enough time I don't want to take up other people's spot for comments but he is a wonderful Illusionist I'm happy that he still here for for me in Las Vegas now don't know if I'll ever make it there to see him perform on stage but as long as I keep the memories in my heart he will never be far away it for now I did everybody have wonderful beautiful day hope everything goes good for everyone in case I haven't said it I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend be safe everybody the world is not back to where it should be but it'll get there just going to take time bye for now for the state of New Jersey.💙💟♥️☺️

The floor of the first box she is secured too is deeper than it appears. Her clothing is formed with wire so it holds its shape. When the box is closed on her head, she drops down and her head hides in her clothes which still look like she's standing due to the wire form. At the second table it appears as if its see through however it is an illusion, this too is much deeper than it appears. The second table conceals a second woman in a the same wig and sunglasses who sticks her head in the box. The box moving on the table tops is two things. The first boxes one is on small conveyers operated by a stage hand off stage. The second table, the assistant simply moves it along.

Thank you for confirming this. I was wondering how he did it for years. I've watched a couple of similar performances and figured out that if her head can't go in front (bow) or back (tilt back), down is the only direction to go. And other performers too have 2nd tables with similar look which made me wonder if it isn't a visual perception illusion that tricks our brains into thinking that it's much deeper than it actually is.

I don't think there's a 2nd assistant. That's a mannequin head with cervos to simulate natural movement. The head is stored in the top of the box while the actual assistant's head is in the box.

divinità azteca Andre Kole Christian illusionist invented it and My guess is the special outfit for the girl is she is wearing makes it look like her real chest area and she hiding her whole self behinde it like a wall idea and a conveor belt to make head box move from one side to the other and Jewish Christian illusionist David Seth Kot Copperfield added the retangle mirror box idea at a 45 degree angle to reflect the bottom of box to give illusion your seeing the back of the box empty idea so a look alike in box plays like the First Lady head in head box

simple, two women are used in this illusion. Girl 1- comes out gets into the chair and her dress is large enough for her head to bend down in easily ( watch for the moment david plays with the sword- that gives girl 1 time to duck into her dress) . and she can move her hands through to show her hands are real. Also when David moves the head box from table 1 to table 2, the box is empty. Now to the other table, it is a mirror and girl 2 is hidden in that table and the top of the table have trap doors for her head to pop out of. similar to penn and teller lift off for love but with two tables. clearly both women are wearing wigs and sunglasses. this is to make them look as similar as possible but when you do not have twins handy, create them. and that is the only way i think this illusion can be done- just my opinion, i am not a magician just a fan of magic.
