From Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, I always loved David Crosby the most. His songs are deeper and often darker than the songs of his (former) band mates. I mean, compare Guinnevere to Our House. He still has a great voice, and I love that he keeps writing songs that have unusual tunings just like now "What are their names". Oh, and he can also still rock. He also didn't only write the mysterious tunes, but also the most rocking tunes of CSN! Maybe his mysterious sound comes from him loving the sea and spending much of his time on his boat. Songs like "Deja Vu" sound like the rolling of waves in the beginning.

Really enjoyable - nostalgic but with a contemporary vibe . Dare I say that this all-star lineup is (are?) not only as talented as their predecessors (including Stills, Nash and sometimes Young) but perhaps more so - but having one original member keeps it 'anchored' so to speak. One has only to listen to Becca Stevens, or Snarky Puppy, or Michelle Willis performing in their own bands to realise that these guys are the cream of the cream, exceptionally talented musicians, songwriters and composers. The respect and liking they all have for each other shines through, making this a must-see band for anyone who loves tasteful music.
