First caller, you just gotta ignore the guy lmao whenever he complains at lunch, just either look at him for an extra second and chuckle then look away, or just pretend nobody heard what he said. Don’t acknowledge the negativity, and if he ever says anything nice or positive for once, make sure to have an overtly positive reaction on your end. Ice out the negatives

I like how the solution is always “simply talk to the person about the situation” but instead people make crazy lies and over-complicate extremely simple situations.
