This is actually pretty spot on advice for what they call Exposure Therapy. I read about it in "Rewire Your Anxious Brain" It's used to test the amygdala responses we have to outside stimuli by showing ourselves the thing we have a phobia response to in controlled settings while telling ourselves we are safe. Not sure how much progress you'd make before the wedding, but it is a pretty good direction to go. Well done fellas, lol.

Yeah here’s the thing though, butterflies are actually attracted to sweat, blood, urine, feces, and roadkill/rotting flesh. So she’s probably right 😂 but the way they eat it is by slurping it up with their proboscis not by biting. Butterflies are not as majestically delicate as we all think. They love them some salt and they will get it anyway they can.

I love this show, but I agree and some of these calls are starting to drag out a bit and could be shorter. They could take more calls. In saying that I have always thought the team does an amazing job at getting awesome callers. Like, no caller has been a dud, personality wise. And that's impressive to produce
