A great album about the struggles of being young and trying to find yourself through experimentation with drugs, alcohol while also trying to figure out how to balance relationships, romantically and otherwise at the same time. This album really hit home for the 26-year-old me back then. It’s a dam shame these two guys weren’t able to give us more of this awesomeness for whatever reason(s).

I was a teenager when album this came out. I listened to it over and over on cassette and half-assed understood the lyrics. Now at 53, I'm desperately trying to avoid being swallowed by the cracks. Don't waste your youth kids, but understand that some lessons really can only be learned by living through them.

D*mn , isn't that the way it always goes : first the mistake , then the lesson 😊 ; Also 53 in a few months time - - this song sure brings back the teenage years - - good ol' David & David 😊

Totally agree with @raymoore1397. My very favorite album of all time. I've replaced it so many times due to damage during moves etc. There simply isn't a bad song on the album. In my mind it has absolute brilliance up there with Sinead and Terence Trent D'Arby's debut albums. But still my ultimate favorite is D + D! My birthday (won't mention which one) is this weekend and my only request from my kick ass husband David (yup married one too) is this album once again. LOVE
