This season was short, but it was amazing how the show runners got most of the audience to care about pretty much all the leading and support characters.

To think that CDPR and Trigger just thought of it as an big advertisement for the game. They were not expecting this show to get as popular as it is. I wonder if they regret not squeezing in at least 2 more episodes.

@@Razgriz_01 they probably do regret it because that was its only flaw, the shortage of episodes, the could've fit in more crew interactions, gigs and parties instead of a short montage.

This is why I both love and hate David. He is, imo, the perfect flawed character. He genuinely believed he was special, and it's true that maybe he has above average tolerance to cyberpsychosis, but in the end, he's not THAT special. He's also prone to taking shortcuts. Using pirated software was an early hint, but the real clue for me is when Lucy took him jogging. She told him it's to improve his endurance so he can use the Sandy better. And what did David do? Installed cyber-lungs. Beautifully written, imo.

crazy thing is that faraday using lucy to convince david to get into the cyberskeleton is just insult to injury. It didn't matter whether he believed that it was lucy and installed it or not. He knew lucy would not say she believes in him and because of that knew that lucy was caught in trouble. David was forced to install the cyberskeleton anyways to survive the militech battalion and save her.

There is no "out of that". That's his body now. he'd need intensive surgery to replace what he lost, and he'd still need to be a nearly-full conversion 'borg either way since it amputated just about everything organic he had left besides his brain.

You can get cloned flesh to replace what you've lost. Most don't becuase it is expensive and arming down is probably going to get you killed as a runner.

Cyberpunk has an amazing rich entertaining universe, I would love another story set in this world So much potential for an animated series, I'm gonna get a ps5 and cyberpunk for the expansion/dlc Keanu announced he was returning for ^-x
