Ironically I have only heard Comfortable numb played to the same quality by a band in Albufeira Portugal, The Pin ups in the Rock Cafe have the same mesmerising quality when they play this song . Every time I hear it on here I itch to jump on a plane once more .

Although the Pulse version definitely gives it a run for its money. But I do feel this one is a tad bit better. Not just because it's almost a full minute longer either lol. Rick singing lead vocals solo for the verses definitely helps make this the best version of all time. RIP Mr. Richard Wright.

This my favorite version of the solo on a live Performance. Most people like the Pulse or the Pompeii version, but this one captures a lot of emotion. I don’t if it’s just because of the audio quality or the video recording, but i don’t know why I don’t get to enjoy the other versions as much as this one

I felt the tempo of the song in Pulse was much slower than the original hence I didn't like it that much. This one, the one at Live 8, and the performance with David Bowie was the best imo.

This is my favorite. I think the reason I like it the most is because it's the most raw of the love solos. Just the Hiwatt, Cornish Muff, and a little delay, no modulation which I'm not a big fan of.

There are plenty of well-deserved comments here about how extraordinary this performance is, but no one seems to have noticed how amazing the filming and editing of this video is. It captures in a way few live performance videos do the audience, the staging, and all of the performing musicians. It gives us a wonderful view of all that's going on without ever seeming rushed or gimmicky. Kudos!
