I found out last summer at 60 that I have ADHD. The diagnosis explains so many things. Now, I am thinking Asperger's as-well , especially after taking a few test online. A neurologist diagnosed me with ADHD. Anyway, I have struggled with discipline my entire life because of this. You are very motivational David Goggins and I understand you today better than I ever have and even at 61 I thank God that I am still learning and capable of learning and still working on me....from a new approach and understanding of myself now.
