Watch the video you fool, he already said they were being prepared. As a PLC the books have to be presented annually anyway, as they have not been around for a year, they are not due. If you watch the vids you will hear him say that they will be presented early.

TPV failed as not enough money was donated. The staff did an amazing job running a TV station on a shoestring. Most of the people who moaned and continue to allege irregularities donated nothing, the people who donated knew what they were giving their money to.David should have started smaller and not opened the doors to so many nut jobs who had no interest in him or his work, they just wanted some TV or media experience for their CV. TV stations eat money, I doubt anyone else could have made so little last so long before they had to call time ;-(

After listening to both sides I can see this as simply a clash of two personalities, who let their egos overshadow their real intentions. The aftermath is an attempt to justify their actions.
