What a kind and decent man Rick is. Right from the start he was willing to step up and take responsibility if this child was his. It's a shame that Delia didn't show up in court that day because if either Rick or Perry had turned out to be the father I think they both would have been willing to be in TeAna's life. Extremely sad! In my country we say, mother's always know who the child's father is. While I don't know how true this saying is, I'm perplexed as to why mom's have to take their kids through such rollercoasters. No matter the mistake done, it's ok to accept the shame and be honest and face it all with its consequences than hide the truth because eventually truth always finds you out, even when you're no longer on this earth. David is evidence of this.

I know her mother Delia, very well, and have done from a very young age and still keep in touch with her. If this program gives the impression that she was a `sleep around' sort of girl, then I can assure you, that is not the case, and never has been. She was and is, a great mother and grandmother.
